What happens if the product I ordered is unavailable?

In rare cases, if an item goes out of stock, we’ll notify you immediately. You can choose to wait for it to be restocked, pick another product, or receive a full refund.

Do you accept bulk or large orders?

Yes, we do. For bulk orders or special requests, please contact our support team to check availability and delivery timelines.

Will I get an invoice for my purchase?

Yes, every order comes with a digital invoice sent to your email and a printed copy inside the package.

Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your pin code. You’ll continue to receive updates until your package reaches you.

Do you deliver everywhere in India?

We deliver to most pin codes across India. You can check service availability by entering your pin code at checkout.

Can I select a preferred delivery date or time?

Currently, fixed delivery scheduling isn’t available. Once shipped, our courier partners deliver according to their standard routes and timelines.

How can I track my order?

How long does it take to receive a replacement?

Yes, exchanges are available for different sizes or even other products, depending on availability. If the new item is of higher value, you can pay the difference.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged or defective?

Refunds & Payments

How do refunds work?

Refunds are initiated once we receive your returned product and it passes our quality inspection. The refunded amount is then credited back to your original payment method, usually within 7–10 business days, depending on bank processing times.

Can I opt for store credit instead of a refund?

Yes, you can choose store credit instead of a direct refund. This allows you to use the amount for future purchases and shop with ease, without waiting for bank processing.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept a variety of payment options including debit/credit cards, UPI, wallets, and net banking.

What if my payment fails but the money is deducted?

If a payment fails but the amount is still deducted, don’t worry. The deducted sum is usually refunded by your bank within 5–7 business days, and our support team is available to assist if it doesn’t reflect.

Is Cash on Delivery available for every order?

Cash on Delivery is not available. All orders must be paid using the online payment options mentioned above.
